How do I determine the correct pouch size for my product?

The exact pouch size depends on the volume and density of product that goes inside. So you may need to do some additional research. Our team can help with guidance but we rely on your expertise of your product and your market.

The first step may be to request our FREE Sample Kit. The kit provides physical samples of the different materials, finishes and standard sized pouches WildKind has to offer.

WildKind offers both Stand-Up (SUP) and Flat (FL) pouch styles. Choose a Stand-Up pouch with a gusset if you want a stand-up pouch with extra depth that can stand upright ideal for heavier products. If the product is light-weight and will lie flat or hang, choose a FLAT pouch, which has no gusset and is sealed flat on three sides.

Standard Sized FLAT (FL) Pouches are:

• Small: 3.14″ W × 5″ L
• Medium: 6″ W × 7″ L
• Large: 7″ W × 12″ L
• Mailer: 10″ W × 13″ L

Standard Sized STAND-UP (SUP) Pouches are:

• Extra Small: 3.5″ W × 4.75″ L x 2" G
• Small: 4″ W × 6″ L x 2" G
• Medium: 5″ W × 6.5″ L x 2.5" G
• Large: 6.5″ W × 8″ L x 2.5" G
• Extra Large: 10″ W × 11.5″ L x 3" G
