Hey there! We really want you to be happy with your WildKind Packaging order, and we’re also super passionate about keeping things sustainable. So, if something isn’t quite right with your pouches, here’s how we can help:
- Let us know within 30 days: Just give us a heads-up about any issues you spot within 30 days of your order arriving. Some defects are to be expected but not more than 5-10 percent of the order. We do include extra pouches to help account for this possibility.
- Send back any wonky pouches: We’ll ask you to return any defective pouches so we can take a good look and make sure they’re composted or recycled properly. This helps us close the loop and keep our environmental footprint light!
- We’ll make it right:You can choose to get a credit for the value of the defective pouches towards your next order.
- Or, we can reprint the affected quantity for you. Just keep in mind that reprints go into our production schedule, so there might be a little wait.
- For a totally messed up order: If, by chance, your entire order is defective, we’ll give you a full credit or a complete reprint – whatever works best for you!
- Max Assistance The most we can assist with is the full value of the order.
